John Barrack is an entrepreneur and lawyer who brings his experience as a chief negotiator, dealmaker and trouble shooter to the marblemedia team. John served the Canadian Media Production Association (CMPA) for over twelve years acting as its Chief Operating Officer and Chief Legal Officer from 2009-2012. As Chief Negotiator for the CMPA in its terms of trade, John finalized key deals with all of Canada’s major private English language broadcasters. John also lead all of the CMPA’s negotiations with the talent and technical unions, in Canada’s film, television and interactive media sector.
Philippa King is the VP of Business Affairs at marblemedia. She is responsible for overseeing the financing of all projects and liaises with legal and financial players to ensure all contracts are properly executed.

With over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry, Renae recognizes the importance of a highly strategic approach to the creation, acquisition and distribution of linear and non-linear content. Renae held the position of Director, Acquisitions and Development at FremantleMedia where she was part of the team that launched their scripted division. Prior to that, she was Director, Acquisitions and Development at Alchemy Television. She began her career at ICM and CAA talent agencies.
As Director, Marketing and Communications, Molly Ray handles all trade and consumer publicity and marketing initiatives for marble’s television and interactive properties. An award-winning publicist, Molly, has been working for almost a decade engaging audiences in a behind-the-scenes look at Canada’s film and television industry.
As Executive Assistant to the Founders of marblemedia, Matt Hornburg and Mark Bishop, Leila Kelly supports in all daily planning and execution of development and production at the company. With over 10 years of industry experience, Leila has excelled in various roles in the television business at top Canadian companies such Bell Media, CTV and CHUM.
