On the shores of the Bay of Fundy, New Brunswick, Canada, 10 world-class sand-sculpting teams are put to the ultimate test in the original skills competition where the stakes are as high as the tide!
Each episode, they dig, pound, and carve their way to extraordinary sculptures entirely made from sand, hoping to impress the judges and avoid elimination. The catch? Not only are the competing against each other, they are racing against the ticking clock of the tide.
The competitors have just six hours to pound up and sculpt almost ten tonnes of sand for the judges’ evaluation, before the highest tide in the world rips them back out to sea. A lot can go wrong in this physically demanding battle of skill and style - who will reign supreme and walk away with the grand prize and the title of Race Against the Tide Champions?
